Sean Taylor suspects in court tomorrow morning
March 27, 2008 – 3:12 pmThe four Southwest Florida men accused of killing NFL will be in a Miami courtroom tomorrow morning for a status conference. I’m told it should be a fairly quick hearing. Several of the defense attorneys tell me they are still waiting on discovery, so that will be one issue that will be raised in court.
Months ago, the judge set a trial date in April, but it’s all but certain that will be pushed back.
All four men are in jail after being denied bond. A grand jury indicted them all on first degree felony murder.
